Funding & Development Advice – Hellens Developments
Hellens Developments West Chirton and Teal Farm Park, Tyne & Wear. Prepared and submitted ERDF Full stage funding applications for both West Chirton (34,000 sq ft) and Teal Farm Park Phase II (20,000 sq ft). Teal Farm was the final stage of commercial development forming part of Hellens mixed use scheme on the former Cape Insulation site Washington complementing residential schemes by Barratt Homes and Bellway PLC. In both cases the schemes would not have been viable without the £1.4 million grant funding secured.
